I use hp laptop with windows 7 as operating system. From the last 2 years it was working fine but now windows had become very slow and not functioning properly. One of the problem is, when I start computer and open Mozilla Firefox, it does not start. I go to task manager and end the task tree from there and restart Mozilla Firefox and it starts. In short I face many problems but I think laptop recovery is an ultimate solution. So I want to know, how to recover hp laptop?
